I would have that checked by your vet. It may be miliary dermititis caused by an allergy to her food or something in her environment.
I don’t think dogs get acne…
It is probably an allergic reaction or skin condition. Either way, it needs to be checked by a veterinarian. Unfortunately, there is nothing that Y!A can do to help from this point on, but I wish you good luck!

well ive heard of something called erupting tail acne but i dunno for her back legs and neck sorry but u should take her to the vet for some ointment
