whats the quickest way to get rid of acne scars?
I’m sixteen. And i have acne on my face and back. Its not severe but its embarrassing. Both have scars on them. I use to have chest acne but for some reason it went away thank goodness(: my questions are how do i AT LEAST get rid of the scars? Also how can i get rid of body acne? Will it go away on its own when im older? Its only on the upper part of my back (shoulders) Thaaanks (:

Even though there isnt a food that has been proven to cause acne sometimes food does affect your skin. For example when i eat pizza my face tends to get more oily. I would recommend drinking more water(this helped me A LOT) and less sodas. Try to eat foods with less grease.
Also, washing your face once or twice a day can help prevent acne. I like Clean and Clear’s oil free foaming facial cleanser because it’s gentle but prevents acne. For on the spot treatments i dot hot water over newly formed pimples at night and place toothpaste over them and in a 1-3 days they go away(make sure to do it every night). If you have had pimples in an area for a long time apply a product with 10% benzol peroxide. Apply a thin layer of it once a day for a week then twice a day for 2 weeks(3 weeks total or 4 weeks if needed) but this can dry your skin so be sure to moisturize. Don’t put benzol peroxide all over your face though, only on spots like your forehead or chin. For acne on your back make sure to wear shirts that arent too tight and to wash your back with soap or with a body acne wash. If you still cant get rid of the acne get help from a doctor.
For your acne scars you need to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables because of the vitamins they have. Some that i recommend eating a are oranges, and lemons. Drink about a glass of lemon juice a day if you want to. You can also exfoliate about once a week(dead skin cells are there to protect the new cells at the bottom so you dont want to exfoliate more than once a week!). Applying honey, lemon juice, egg whites, pineapple, tomatoes, or aloe vera to your acne scars can help sometimes. For oily skin use lemon juice not honey.
