Non prescription: I have back acne and i just want it gone.
And how long do you think it would take to get rid of it?

The best non-prescription is most likely Benzac gel. i started using it (he claimed my acne to be the second worse there is) and my acne went away in less then a month but your skin may dry out so use moisturiser.
