What Should I Eat for Clear Acne Free Skin? Acne Free Diet?
Hi Ray. Thanks a lot for sharing all your knowledge to help those of us who suffer from acne. I have severe cystic acne for the past 15 years (face, neck, back, shoulder). I’ve read every articles and try to follow eating the right diet and taking the necessary supplements. After 3 months of following your advice, I have noticed that I got much lesser new acne. My question is: 1) Since I start eating the right diet, I am always hungry all the time. Eating vegetables and eating only meat does not make me full at all, because I used to eat carb so much ( lots of rice and bread ). Do you have any tips on how to keep yourself from being hungry all the time and still eating the right diet? 2) I notice that there are several diet that should be followed. In your opinion, which one should I follow: a) Low glycemic diet b) Alkaline diet c) Anti Inflammatory Diet 3) You recommend so many vitamin, oils, enzymes and supplements. I want to clear my acne, but at the same time, I don’t want to spend way too much money every month. Can you rank from the most important to the least important, so I can prioritize. 4) I know that fast food is really bad for you, but I don’t cook, so I always buy food outside everyday. Can you give some suggestions on which food at popular fast food restaurants that won’t cause breakouts? Which food at Subway, McDonald’s and Yoshinoya that you recommend the most? 5) Which meat ( red meat or white meat ) is healthier and the one you recommend? I heard that …

@petsoon93….there ARE acne-free diets…AND you can still get acne into your late adulthood….it seems you don’t know much at all about acne…you should go read some more before calling people names!!!
i do believe that diet has alot to do with acne. its really silly to think that topicals are the answer to everything. even famous dermatologists and surgeons acknowledge that diet and acne and aging go hand and hand. thanks for the vids!
Drink plenty of water
raykingofchina…they have done studies over and over and diet does not cause acne. The only thing that benefits your skin that has to do with food & drink is water. Water clears out toxins and keeps skin hydrated and healthy.
that’s true, if you don’t have acne you will not suddenly get acne because of diet. But if you do have acne, diet will and can affect your complexion and acne.
i knew it was diet related, as soon as i found your site i was certain, ive already cut out milk but am still getting calcium and will cut out wheat and gluten and i got a feeling ill be all clear
its true man, just think for a second, if it was diet related why would they want to tell us? acne products are a billion dollar industry, why would they give us an easy solution when they can make money
its totally diet. stay away from dairy. eat vegan if you can it will help i swear. i used to have severe acne & now my skin is pretty clear. i recommend reading: The China Study. I am now vegan.
wow ur smart! u shud get paid for this!
hehe really like it! wel done! i will start taking care more about my self, its a bit late but…yeah i still 17 ^^, but that will be hard to not eating much my brazilian food!! hehe i think people in brazil put too much oil when cooking, and dont really care about, i got to change that! thanks Ray King of China!!! ^^ i love CHINA. xiexie
diet really helped me!
Picked up from 4chan some nifty information – no it’s not bullshit like most other things from it.
“A kiwi a day keeps acne away.”
See? No motor oil involved anywhere!!
Anyways Ray, I just stumbled upon your channel right now, but you look like you may have some legitimacy and would personally like to know this info. Have fun with it.
I have severe acne. but its getting alittle better. My skin has lightened alittle bit. Diet plays a major role if you have acne. BUT, lets be foreal, if acne was caused by just diet alone, then tons of people would have acne! This westernized diet is so bad! It’s more than just food. Hormones and heredity (genes) play a role too. I wish I knew what was causing mine. Acne is so depressing when you have scars all over and you have it severely.
brad has vitamin B which is the best thing for your diet. carbs are not bad @ all, and legumes iss essencial, besides eating meat is the worst thing for your skin
trust me i am vegtarian and i got the most clear skin, and i eat breead, rice, potatoes, lentils is essntial
and coconut oil is good 4 ur hair
@petsoon93 WRONG
)
@wninjaw That’s right, carbs aren’t bad. You just need to know what kind to eat, when, and how much. Certain people though are more sensitive than others to refined sugar and other substances, it’s important to understand that what works for one person might not work for another.
@DTey22 That’s absolutely right. Diet doesn’t CAUSE acne but it can aggravate acne if you’re already predisposed to a certain environmental factors and on top of that have the genetics that are prone to a specific type of hormonal behavior. In other words, diet doesn’t cause acne but they are correlated. And seriously, acne IS depressing, I think anyone who really suffered from acne understands that it’s more than just exterior.
@Deathscythe767 thank you thank you.
@lustosamelo thanks lustosamelo =)
@AshleyIsMyName100 that would be AWESOME
@raykingofchina and another thing, I think one of the main reasons I have acne is toxin buildup in my system. Honestly, I don’t go to the bathroom everyday like I should. I’m trying to say this in a mature way. You know, I don’t “number 2″ everyday. loI I know thats bad.
what do you think I should do? Colon cleanse? Detox? Please help. I’d appreciate it so much
@DTey22 You should be probably be eating more soluble and insoluble fiber, also things like yogurt or kefir might help. On top of that, add calcium and magnesium to your diet because magnesium serves as a laxative. Because you probably already know, not using the restroom on a daily basis isn’t good for you…
@raykingofchina Already on the yogurt tip! I love yogurt. It’s plain, lowfat yogurt with live cultures so it’s the natural kind that has the probiotic bacteria in it. I also use it on my face at night as a mask/moisterizer after I wash it and it has really helped! My skin is so smooth and soft now. I kinda got off of using harsh chemicals so often. Went natural. I probably only use my benzoyl peroxide creme one a week to manage a breakout. I eat oatmeal everyday so I get enough “good” fiber.
Don’t care about your hair
