It is normal to have an increase in acne during these years as you progress through puberty. Most topical creams on the market for acne only have a small amount of the active ingredient such as benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid. Your best bet is to have your parent call a dermatologist for a consult and they will prescribe you topical ointments and antibiotics(pills) that will clear up your face quickly depending on the severity. There is also a very popular product available through prescription named accutayne that works well for cystic acne to prevent scarring in the future. Most insurance will cover the cost of the visit and the medications, you do not have to live with the embarrassing acne. I have three teens myself and 2 have had to have these medications and creams and they cleared their faces quickly, so I urge you to talk to your parents to get you an appointment with a dermatologist asap. You will find many teens visit the dermatologist who have had success clearing up their acne quickly. Good Luck!

Honestly buy the proactive line on the shopping channel or QVC it’s amazing for men and women you’ll notice a difference in about 10 days to two weeks and continue using it , it works
I say u should use something called TONER. U can find it in like Rite Aid and ur acne will be gone in maybe days. Pro active may tear ur skin apart unless u have some allergic problems. USE TONER!

It is absolutely awesome.
1.You wash your face with the Renewing Cleanser with warm water. And then pat dry your face.
2. Clean you face with a cotton pad with the Revitalizing Toner.
3. Then you use a small amount of the Daily Oil Control.
4. Apply the Repairing Lotion (at night) only to the really bad area which are mostly the forehead and nose.
4. Lastly, you put a small amount of Oil Free Moisture that also has SPF 15.

ok its obvious im not a boy but what i use if for both genders I use noxema and sea breeze first make sure you dont touch your face all of the time because thats just causing the acne to spread and get worse. damp your face and sqiurt noxema on the tips of your fingers and apply it all over your face rinse it really well, when finished apply the sebreeze with a cotton ball the tingling you feel if the solution pulling the oil and dirt out of your skin it does not need to be rinsed off it will dry out the acne on your face i promise it really works. noxema comes in a blue pump bottle and seabreeze solutin comes in a variety of colors i use the purple looking one.
