I’ve got all these post-acne marks on my face. Dark red spots that just won’t go away. What can I eat to support healthy regeneration of my skin so that these spots can fade?

Do not eat high calorie/energy foods like chocolate and sweets. Drink water instead of soda or sports drink. Do not eat spicy foods. Eat atleast 5 servings of fruit different fruit each time) to satisfy your flavors. It is good to buy fresh fruit juice (not the kind sold in bottles) or vegetable juice. Eat dark green veggies to power you up with the calcium and vitamins you need. Include a variety of veggies in your meals, if you are a fan of high fat foods it is time to stop. Wash your face atleast 3 times a day, make sure you clean your face before applying makeup or oils. When you come home from outside wash your face again to prevent infection. One other thing is to exercise a lot, try to get atleast 30 minutes of exercise every day. That will sure get rid of your acne.
Well I think that you should just eat healthy food, like vegetables and fruits. Even though it’s not sure that food has a direct link with acne, I heard that chocolate and junk food weren’t good for your skin. Try to avoid “greasy” and “fat” foods like chips.
And also, over the summer, I realized that if you let your skin “breathe”, it’ll help A LOT. Like if you tie your hair almost everyday for a month, it’ll help because hair, by nature, is a little bit greasy and it prevents the skin from breathing. So when you remove it from in front of your face, it’s very benificial.
It’s not so much what you should eat but what you use. Try skin whitening cleansers or toners . They help even out skin tones. Anything with a papaya base is really good.
