I don't seen any scientific evidence the foods to clear the acne. But you can eat healthy foods, but there is nothing do with acne. If you have mild acne. There is nothing can be done. I just leave it for while, it's take a while to goes away.

There is really no scientific evidence of food clearing acne, but I hear that fruit, mainly apples, are best for doing the job. As for increasing muscles, you need to work out at home or a gym, foods cannot increase muscle on their own. The only thing foods can increase on their own is fat, so be wary. When you do work out though, you will need lots of proteins to help your muscles to grow, so eat nuts and stick to white meats and fish, red meats tend to be very fatty.

Soda is really bad indeed. I dont drink water but I do drink green tea. I get Turkey Hill diet green tea with mango at Ukrops and that stuff is delicious and 0 calories. Pretty much the less junk food you eat the better your skin will be. You can also use whey protien instead of eating meat all the time. Tuna is best for getting the protien. I would recommend eating red meat once a week or less.

A study was just published proving that a high protein-low glycemic index diet reduced acne by an astounding factor. It's very topical right now so I'm sure if you googled it, you'd find a news article. This type of dietary plan is also good for overall health and fitness.
Check out the July edition of the American Journal Of Clinical Nutrition. I'm pretty sure it was in that one...if not, do an internet search.
