What drugstore product or home remedy clears up your complexion and gets rid of acne scars?

I get very little acne but when i do i only get it around my nose, and chin area. Even if the the acne or whiteheads are not picked they scar terribly. I need something that gets rid of the scars but also clears up my complexion of un even pigmentation, and redness. My skin is so sensitive that even if i just walk outside my face goes beat red hot or not! My goal is to have an even complexion and not have to wear liquid concealer, powder or anything to perfect it. Please help

Hi! wash your face with Luke warm water, get some honey (yeah i mean Honey of the Honey Bees). Just dip the tip of your index finger in a honey jar and apply where you like. Keep it there until you feel a little stretch where you applied it. Then wash it with warm water.
and yes to reduce recurrence of acne try to use some herbal tea.
