I am an acne sufferer. When I go shopping & things I hardly see anyone with imperfect complexions yet there are thousands of people with acne. Alot of celebrities have or had suffered from acne. If your friend does not like acne products then her complexion will not improve, especially not over night. Acne will not clear up on its own. It is a medical condition that must be treated with the right topicals &/or antibiotics. See a dermatologist to get the right treatment & have beautiful skin.
I also think people can still be pretty with acne. =]

If she doesn’t want acne all the hoping and wishing will not help.
She has to has to has to fight it back with products. I see teens with acne and think “Are they using anything, do the parents care, and are they being lazy”… why? I am a skin care consultant and a mom.
I would climb the earth for the best skin stuff for my kids.
The products generally all have the same ingredients.
So.. use the wash, am and pm
toner after you pat dry
acne cream on all spots. Am and Pm
Water, drink it a lot.
and vitamins a e and c and zinc.
Small doses of the sun. If she wants to be happy tell her to get working hard on the fight. :O)

tell her to be herself, i agree with answer number 1. people don’t really notice your acne on your face when you’re being outgoing and just smiling. they look at your face and totally forget about your acne and your inner beauty has just showed itself to people. so when guys or people look atr you with a mean stare, just laugh because they don’t know you and never will know you. your personality is all that matters that all i gotta say.=]
she is AMAZING and i believe you that she is a pretty girl.

I used to have bad acne and now its just mild and I tried about every acne thing in the aisle. Finally I just went to the dermotologist and they gave me this gel stuff that works. Just tell her not to get all worked up about because its not that big of a deal. Just tell her to act like she’s confident because as long as you act like you are, people will think you are. It really works too. People don’t notice stuff like that. Trust me.

There are birth controls and other meds that cure acne.
But in the mean time, just keep reminding her how beautiful she is and that EVERYONE knows its normal so people won’t judge her for it.
(and if they do they obviously aren’t that awesome)
