What could I do to get rid of my acne for good?

I dont have bad acne, but its very troublesome and irritating. I occasionally get cystic acne under my jawline. Ive tried Murad, Proactive, Oxy, Clearasil, Clean&Clear, Accutane, antibiotics, and more. Ive tried home remedies and theyve only made it terribly worse. What product would be recommended? Im 19 years old and have had acne since I was 12 or so, and Ive had enough. Please help me, thank you.

I was going to say "take birth control" lol but i’m guessing your a guy…. hmmm….. go to your doctors and he’ll prescribe you some pills and cream that you have to put on every night.

accutane. works if u stay on it long enough. my bro had really bd acne and he was on accutane for 6-7 months. his face looks better now! but i would see ur dermatologist or find another one.
Forget the pills, which will only pollute your body. The only way to clear up your acne permanently is to switch to a healthy diet.
You skin will clear up when there’s no more pollution to expel.

I also tried Allot of products desperate to get rid of my acne like proactive, acne free, clearasil and others i just wasted my money none of that stuff worked for me. What i use and it works great it’s just a simple plant, its called Savila in spanish and aloe vera in english. All you have to do is get a piece of it and cut it in half and the goo part put it on ur face just before you got to sleep like a mask then in the morning just wash it off with warm water and soap. It works i tried it and it gets rid of the acne! It took me like 3 weeks until my face was cleared of acne !
I totally understand how you feel! Acne takes over your life until you can get it under control.
