What Are The Most Accurate Ways To Reduce Acne?
I am going to the prom in two weeks approximately and I want as little acne as possible. Any specific products or solutions for this?
The only thing is I don’t want to do anything like proactive that takes a million steps to apply like four different acne reducers. I heard drinking a lot of water and eating healthy help a little. And I use some generic acne wash from Walmart. Is it true exercising and sweating frequently help at all?
Thank you

You should see a dermatologist. He or she will prescribe something to you taking into account your skin type. And you can ask him or her for tips to reduce acne.
Drinking plenty of water and avoiding fatty and fried foods can help a lot.
You shouldn’t apply just any stuff on your skin without consulting a doctor. There are products specially designed for your condition. However, they’re pretty expensive.
You should also ask your doctor about some hypoallergenic foundation to use if you can’t reduce your acne by prom.
Bear in mind that it takes a lot of time to beat acne. I’ve had it for years and just some time ago it started to look much better. Now my skin looks pretty good, though.
Hope this helps…
I tried this PAC Perfect acne complete care kit I heard about somewhere. Cant remember if it was radio or tv, but I checked their website and googled some reviews and it had some really good ones.
I have always had terrible acne, when I was a kid I was put on Accutane. Seemed to work for a year or so, but once I hit college the acne came back. Been battling with it ever since. I’ve tried Proactiv, other stuff from my dermotologist, all to no avail.
This PAC stuff actually worked tho. I get breakouts from time to time still, but much more controlled and minor compared to the old ones.
i suffered from moderate/severe acne for 3 years and recently it cleared and now i have great skin…im 24. I was going to the dermatologist and using oral meds as well as creams..nothing worked. I was so frustrated to the point that i would try anything. when i was at cvs i randomly picked up a product and it dramatically transformed my skin within days!! Its called neutrogena clear pore astringent. you wash your face and then apply this. you dont wash it off. my skin is soft and smooth no more clogged pores or acne. i think you should try it. but the bottom line is that you have to find what works for your skin because everyone is different. hope you have some luck!
Go for a long term solution to your acne.

Hey.. okay so definatley stop using neutrogena.. im 17 year old female in highschool and trust me i had acne for a while and i was using all those over the counter products too and they didnt have any improvment what so ever. Do NOT try proactive.. i have done that for a few months and it didnt work out at all.. the refining mask was the only thing that was not too bad.. so yeah definatley dont try proactive.. Here is my skin care routine and what i use and i now have really clear skin and im so relieved to have it after all the money ive spent on other crap.. So if you go to your doctor and ask for him to priscribe you “Clindoxl gel” it comes in a tube and you put it on once before you go to bed every night so after washing your face with a mild soap i use (irish spring soap) you put the gel on all your infected areas.. and then you just go to bed and in the morning you again wash your face with your cleaner but i just use soap. Your face will feel tighter and your pours will be smaller.. it feels great.. then after your done washing your face off in the morning. pat dry with a clean towel and then apply a toner (vichy normaderm toner) absoloutley amazing toner and makes your face feel so refreshed and alive.. you can get the toner at shoppers drug mart.. its like 20 bucks lasts you like 1 month or two but its extremly popular and there are a bunch of other vichy products like moisturizers and all that stuff.. there awesome but yeah make sure you put a toner on your face in the morning after washing (using a cotton pad, put some of the liquid on it and gently ruba ll over your face,, and then let it dry so yeah continute this process and your skin will most likley be perfectly clear after 2 months.. This is a very effective skin care routine and im telling you that you will be so thankful you listened to me and i wouldnt be writing this thing to you for nothing. I know how aful it feels to have acne and have to spend so much money on trying to find a treatment. I know have smooth light fresh and absoloutly free of acne and blackheads..
