What Are Some Ways To Clear And Prevent Acne On My Forehead And Have Smoother Skin?
I am 14 going on 15, and all of a sudden my acne has been getting a lot worse especially during this summer. The only area where i’m broken out is on my forehead, and I’m guessing i have oily skin. I’ve tried proactiv in the past and it worked, but now it doesn’t seem to help anymore. i’ve also tried mary kay facial cleanser/moisturizer and clearasil but that seemed to irrate my skin and make it worse. What are some things i could try to help it?

you can try asking your dermatologist but for the majority, they don’t really help much.
cut back on sugar and fatty foods, and eat more fruits and vegetables. also, WATER should be your best friend! it really helps.
another tip: if you have oily skin, you can smear some toothpaste on your acne/pimple spots on your forehead overnight. it dries it out and reduces any redness and bumps.
hope these helped, and good luck!
