Here are just a few tips to help with your quest to beat acne:
1. Clean your skin regularly with a good cleanser to keep your pores clear and avoid oil and dirt clogging them.
2. Do not squeeze your pimples, by squeezing them you can spread the bacteria over other parts of your skin causing more pimples.
3. Eat a good balanced diet, a healthy diet will go a long way to keeping your skin clear.
4. Drink lots of water which will hydrate your skin and flush out the impurities.
5. Sometimes stress can’t be avoided, but you can make some changes so that you deal with stress more effectively.
These are just a few tips that can be followed quite easily and will really go a long way in your battle with your acne.
A healthy lifestyle is the key ingredient to healthy skin!
Take care…

My wife has sworn by Neutrogena Oil-Free Deep Clean Gentle Scrub since her teenage years. It’s not cheap (about $6.50 for a 4.2 oz. inverted toothpaste-tube-looking container), but according to her it works.
I also have extremely oily skin, and I also use the Neutrogena Oil-Free facial cleanser.
Another tip: Every day around lunch time, I just take a napkin or toilet-paper, and wet it with water, and wipe my face down, because it gets very oily by the afternoon too. It actually seems to help, because I’ve only started doing it for the last year or so…..
Cidal soap is best also drink lots of water and increase intake of fruit and veg Give cows milk a miss as it`s full of hormones and iodine (salt) which is bad for your skin

try product that has Benzoyl Peroxide.
This chemical has been around for a long time since the 1920 and it is one of the most frequently used ingredients. For decades Benzoyl Peroxide has been very effective in treating mild cases of non-inflammatory acne. Products such as Clearasil and ProActive uses it as an active ingriedient in treating pimple. It’s safe for children as well as adults, and may combined with other topical or oral treatments.
Hi,
The best is the cheapest. Really, non-perfumed soap and water is the best.
Unfortunately, the cure for acne is time and patience, because in truth, there is not a lot you can do about it.
Keep your hands and your hair off your face and don’t keep washing.
I mean don’t wash more often than anyone else would.
Washing is not the problem.
It’s not easy, but bide your time.
Good luck,
Owen.
When most people get an acne outbreak, they usually purchase a harsh cleanser at the local pharmacy containing either salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. This is a major mistake! These over the counter products generally dry the skin to reduce oil and remove bacteria, however, harsh over drying of the skin will cause the body to respond by producing even more oil to combat dryness, creating a vicious cycle. This will often lead to more acne or other skin problems.
I’d recommend you use Hydroviton CR.
Hydroviton CR medicated cleanser contains organic micro-spheres that penetrate to the deepest layers of the skin to deeply moisturize, while at the same time removing toxins, bacteria, and regulating sebum production. It is the ideal cleanser for acne sufferers that provides immediate results.
