Teen Girl With Excess Hair/acne/body Odor Problems…?
Its so annoying!! I’m a model, and I spend half my life trying to get rid of body hair (which is EVERYWHERE, like stomach, back, sideburns), constant acne no matter what product I use, and I always sweat off my deodorant (even extra strength).
Is there some kind of disease that ties in with all these symptoms? Because its driving me nuts. I would leave it alone if my job didn’t rely on it =]

Sounds like typical hormonal problems, you could have hyperhydrosis, which is a problem of excess sweating. a doctor can help with that for sure. As for the other problems, because it’s so excessive, maybe you should get your thyroid levels checked, and hormone levels too. Again, the doctor can look into it for you. It sounds like the products you’re using over the counter just aren’t working well enough for you! Maybe a few blood tests can figure out what’s up.
The only thing I can think of is high testosterone level (that’s what causes excessive body hair and acne). You could start taking estrogen (or any other hormone proscibed by a doctor). The best thing to do is to go to your doctor and figure out what to do, you will most likely just end up going on birth control or estrogen though.
And for the body odor, you just need to regularly clean well with an antibacterial soap and use a natural deodorizer, there is this crystallized deodorant that kills the bacteria that causes body odor (sorry I can’t remember the name of it though) or just try powdering yourself with baking soda or sea salt, like you would with baby powder (baking soda and sea salt are also natural deodorizers, they eat up the bacteria that causes the funk). My friend just puts rubbing alcohol is a spray bottle, but that 1) burns if you’ve just shaved and 2) may irritate your skin.
Umm, this is all happening because of your hormones, you are probably in a phase where your hormones are most active. I’m very hairy too, I would suggest you use Nair and products like that so you don’t have to shave and get ravor bumps. There’s many different things for acne, I don’t suffer with acne so I couldn’t tell you which product to try. I hear those face washes like Neutrogena works though…make sure to stay on top of your vitamins, they help to keep your skin clear if taken daily.
At least you’re attractive!
Um, as for deodorant, that’s tricky, you’ll just have to keep trying different brands until you find one that will suit your body. Something that works pretty well is baking soda, take a handful of baking soda and wet it, make it into a paste and smear it under your arms, it should prevent you from sweating as MUCH and keep away the tart smell. Good luck
Go To The Dematalogist &Tell Them About The Acne & Ordor. They Send Me A Really good Acne Product that Helped. & Tell Them The Ones You Use, but You Also Have To use It Everday Cause I Stopped One Day & All My Acne Like Came Back. & They’ll Probably Give You Speacial deodarant (They gave It To My Aunt) Aboutt The Hair Try Waxing Or that Laser Surgery. It Could Be Your Hormoness. Tell the Dermotaligst that. Also If Your Taking Any pill? They Could Do That.
I’m not a doctor but it could be PCOS. I have PCOS and have a lot of the same symptoms. It took years to get a diagnosis and it can lead to diabetes if untreated. I’d see a doctor who takes you seriously.
You should use accutane, it is the best about it you can get information from here http://medical-support-services.notlong.com/?q=accutane&qid=20090626144133AANZVCS
Polycystic Ovarian SYNDROME
Maybe it is a tyroid or hormone problem. Maybe you should take to a doctor.
You might have PCOS, which is short for Polyoncystic Ovarian ??? something
Do an search for PCOS on webmd.com
ok so for the deoderant part. go to the doctor and ask them about extra strength prescription deoderant. i have one called “hyper care” and it is a liquid u put on and it prevents excess sweating i started using it fter getting it from the pharmacy from doctor prescriotion and it works so great! u use that let it dry and use stick deoderant for scent.
try “degree clinical strength” deoderant. i think degree deodernt for women is really good and smells nice
th prescrption deodernt has to be prescribed by a doctor so call them up and ask if they can send in a prescription to the pharmacy for you. and try that it should help prevent excess body sweat under your arms.
use that with clinical strength degree deodernt
then let that ll dry and then use regular deodernt for smell i have been doing this for a year now and it is amazing! i dont get pit stains anymore or wet underarms on my shirts at all nd i always used to sweat alot! so i highly suggest this!!
if you say it sweats off… secret brand of deoderant has now made a waterproof deoderant… and it is supposedly fantastic i think im going to try it out but definately invest in those products! cuz trust e it works.
for body hair try waxing?
i got this sally hansen body sugaring kit at CVS for like belly hair so i nice and smooth and it doesnt hurt as much as waxing u just have to do a little research on how it works and how to do it right and you will be a pro. and it is a very inexesve kit it was only 9 dollars so try that for body hair on stomach and back since i find it works best on fine hair not coarser hair. and it take a few trys to get it right so prctice makes perfect. or get specil hair bleach they hav for body hair
sideburns get waxed! professionlly
but body hair is really natural… it is everywhere excet palms and bottom of feet it is supposed to be there so i dont think you really hve a disease. its normal if it really bothers you go to the doctors and discuss it with them
I’ve been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it’s at.
I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.
I’m 29 years old and have been suffering from these little pests since I was a teenager. I tried all sorts of face washes from the local grocery store and what not, but nothing seemed to work. If anything it would just make my skin dry and itchy.
Literally the best acne face wash I’ve ever used has been this stuff called clearpores. It has got rid of the acne to quickest and has been a success ever since I got it. It’s unique cause of it’s herbal supplement you take a long with it that helps your skin from the inside out. I saved money on it at skincleansingsystem.com at the time which was helpful.
You should really look into this stuff and if you can to assure the best results, get the 3 month supply because if it doesn’t work it will still save you butt on the return policy.
Well good luck and best wishes.
im really good-looking i dnt think u look good enough to b a model and if ur a modell then is it for ur mother or some close relatives clothing store??
