I exfoliate once a day. I use creams, lotions, etc. Nothing seems to work. My pores are too big, and I have tons of whiteheads/blackheads. My skin is especially oily in the forehead, and moreso around the nose. PLease help, I’m sick of being a teen-ager in my 30′s.

Hello, I am a sufferer of acne vulgaris (very badly). I’ve tried Proactiv in its early stage, it worked for a bit and quitted. Anti-biotics which I am now immune to. I live up north Alaska where the harsh dry cold of the winter is horrible to skin, following up to a summer with almost unlimited sunlight, both of which damages my skin (where my hyperpigmentation i believe to appear from). I used to be able to stop breakouts more easily when I was around 14 through 15, now its very difficult to stop blemishes. It’s just not fair it seems, to feel outcasted and sheepish. I’ve used Murad,St. Ives, ClearPores complex, and presently using Retin-A. I’ve pretty much done as much as i can do for my face, my skin is sooo uneven from my cheeks to tempuls area, along with bad cystic and hard pimples. This makes my life so hard because I am demoralized around girls now. Please if anyone got answers, tell me for I don’t want a pizzaface for my graduation picture. Ten points to who I believe can make my life better.

I was sick with pneumonia and I suddently developed acne vulgaris on my back and chest. I’ve been to the dermotologist 3 times and he finally gave me acutane after giving me other topicals and oral meds. NOTHING has worked. I’ve tried tea tree oil, special soaps, lotions, everything. I’ll try just about anythying. Thank you.

does it really work on rosacea, acne marks, large pores & benign skin lesions? does it hurt during and after treatments? how many treatments does it normally take to see results? how much is the average fee per treatment?

I have adult acne, sensitive skin, and a little rosacea. I have tried so many products over the years from teen years to my early 20′s and I’m at a lost of what is going to work for me as I’ve noticed my skin has changed from teen acne to adult acne. I know benzoyl peroxide makes the acne worst, I know from pro-active products. Salicylic acid doesn’t work either also tried and made my skin worst. Iam now using Philosophy line with Hydrogen peroxide for adult acne, but I’m trying to be patient, but the only results I see is that there are more aggressive break outs. I hear that Gycohlic Acid is suppose to be good for acne, but I need serious help: I have a huge event in the begining of Oct.

Bare Escentuals, Avon and Maybelline. I thought mineral foundation was meant to be good for problem skin?!
