I’m a 36 year old female, and I periodically suffer from large, painful pimples on my upper back.
What is strange is that I don’t always have it. I will sometimes go for months without a single one, and then I’ll get one, and then another, and another, until my whole back is broken out.
This has been happening since I was an adolescent, and I have tried for years to determine the cause.
This may sound strange, but I really think that they are related to depression, and un-happiness, because that seems to be the only time I suffer from them.
Any experience or thoughts on this matter?
Thank you.

I’ve heard of this a lot. And I want to know if it is true….Someone know the real answer? Thanks.

I just turned 30 and still have acne. I’ve had it since my mid teens. It’s not severe, but it bugs the heck out of me. I’ve been using the “Regimen”, which helps, but I just can’t seem to kick it entirely. I’m hoping nature will soon come to the rescue.

I’ve had oral antibiotics, topicals, even take luke warm showers so as not to irritate, but am at a loss as to what to do next. The thing is that I have been to several dermatoligists appointments and followed the regimen but it always comes back, usually worse, so I am a little put off by having to go back to the dermatoligists again since I do not have insurance for this. Also I noticed that tanning actually seems to help but every doctor or website I visit tells me the opposite. My rosacea is coupled with outbreaks of acne like symptoms.
