My acne isn’t bad on my forehead or left cheek but because I sleep on my side I get a group of about 6 pimples on my right cheek. They are mostly scars now and if I can get those to go away as soon as possible then my face will be pretty much clear. So can anyone give me tips on how to keep my skin clear (because Oxy burns my skin and I need something new) and how to get rid of acne scars quickly and naturally?
my acne only goes away if i follow a long detailed routine of cleansing my face up to three times a day. during the day, i cant touch my face at all and i must get exactly 8 hours of sleep or more. if i change my routine the least bit, my entire face seems to get acne overnight. its impossible to maintain this routine. sometimes, i cant sleep for a long time and other times i might accidentally touch my face and acne appears where i touched. what can i do to stop acne without following a strict routine?
I’m 23 years old and my acne has never been so bad! I watch what I eat, get 7-8 hours of sleep each night, my dermatologist recently put me on Minocyclin… The acne is still there… It even seems worse now. I’ve been on the medicine for a little over two weeks. I feel that it should be cleared. Any remedies I haven’t tried? Help!
I was also put on Retin-A. All it did was make my face peel.
One more question… Does pouring hydrogen peroxide on your acne work?
I having been getting acne or some type of skin problem on my chin that just won’t go away with whatever I use. I tried store bought acne treatments and they get rid all of the zits everywhere on my face, EXCEPT for my chin. Now, its spreading around my mouth. It’s probably because I drool in my sleep, causing me to breakout over night. Do you know any recipes for face masks or any way to solve my problem?
