I’ve never had acne in my life, all of a sudden i’m starting to have so much. i’ve been drinking a lot of water and it seems to be going away, buttttt it leaves a lot of scars. what are some ways to get rid of scars?

I’ve got all these post-acne marks on my face. Dark red spots that just won’t go away. What can I eat to support healthy regeneration of my skin so that these spots can fade?

Will Primer Make My Acne Prone Skin Worse?

I’m 22 years old and I’m recovering from very bad acne I had as a teen. For the first time in as long as I can remember I’m feeling good about my skin and want to experiment with makeup. I’ve heard primer makes your skin look better and your makeup will last much longer. I have oily skin so having makeup look good for more than a couple of hours has always been a challenge. However, I’m concerned using primer will clog my pores and make my skin suffer from breakouts. I’ve only been using mineral powder and a bit of blush on my skin. Should I start using primer?

Hi there, i actually have mild to medium acne prone skin which is extremely oily at times. Have always wanted to use a foundation as i have never used it but i’m unsure what type of foundation is best for my skin. Want something would not irritate the acne to much and doesn’t look almost like it’s been caked onto my skin. Any help would be great?
Many thanks

Good Skin Care Routine For Teen?

Hi. I have mild acne with a some pimples on my forehead. I have been using a Clinique soap bar every night to cleanse my face. It works fine, and seems to keep me from breaking out, but I now want one of those skin care kits that have a couple of “steps” (different bottles) because I want the acne I do have to clear up. I think my friend has a clinique one. Any suggestions?

Salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide really irritate my combination skin, which is very dry, sensitive, and oily. However, as I’m prone to breakouts, I need something I can put on my acne that will help it go away faster, preferably something that’s tinted (either white or a skin-tone color) and will help mask the actual acne. Any tips?

I used to have acne but it went away from using Proactiv. I like the products but they’re a little expensive, so I want to try other products. I’m wondering what would be a good toner for oily, but sensitive skin? And also a moisterizer for oily skin?

Many teens suffer from acne. They struggle with finding the right solution to get rid of it. Did you ever think about these things that your doing might be the biggest influence of your skin troubles.
When you clease your skin you use your fingers to apply the cleanser. Even if you wash your hands beforeso there is still left over oil in your fingers that you push or massage into your face. (Use a new toothbruth to scrub gently or maybe even cotton pads).
When you think your acne is getting worse you freak out and use more harsh products. The truth is they clean your natural skin oils and then your skin goes into overdrive with trying to replace the natural oils. Use a cleanser that is normal and contains no more then 2 % salysic acid nor 5% benzoyl peroxide. Eat healthy food such as grapfruit witch help you cleanse your inner system this way the junk doesn’t escape through your face. Keep a positive outlook on life and communicate with ur body. Visulization of aclear face can help!

okay, so im trying to find a good LIQUID drugstore foundation that doesnt clog your pores and can cover up acne. I break out occasionally and i have a bit of acne on my face right now. I also have pretty oily skin and im using mineral foundation right now, but it doesnt cover very well.
any suggestions?

What Can I Use To Clear Up My Skin?

Since I hit puberty, I’ve had a serious acne problem. As a teen, I was using everything I could try to clear it up, even prescription stuff. Nothing worked. Now, as an adult, I still have issues with it. I’ve tried so many different things. I’ll find something that seems to work great, then a month later it stops working. Or I’ll try something and it will get worse. Stuff that does work will dry my skin out so much that I need to use oil on my skin, therefore, I don’t get anywhere. If anyone has suggestions or ideas, I’d really appreciate it! Thanks.

I used to have really bad acne but it finally went away after years of prescriptions. 8 years later I am starting to get a few pimples on my forehead but under the skin more. What works best to get rid of this? Would Proactiv or Acne Free work best?

What Is The Best Acne Product For My Skin?

I have used proactive and it did not work if anything it made it worse so i’ve been looking at a couple choices Clean & Clear, Neutrogena, Acne Free but i am open for any produst you would suggest?

What Kind Of Skin Would You Rather Have?

dry skin with no pimples/acne throughout your teen years, but wrinkles later.
OR.
oily skin with some pimples/acne in your teen years, with barely any wrinkles later.

I have oily skin and bad acne…I have tried seriously everything from Pro-active to clean and clear to neutrogena to noxema to arbonne and everything in between. Salycilic acid and benzoyl peroxide do not work for me. I was looking into emu oil, but i dont know if it would make my skin even more oily or not, and if it would look good under foundation. I wear make-up as well, and since my face gets really oily quickly, i was looking for a good foundation that covers up blemishes and also does not look oily. I guess I am looking for suggestions about any face washes, creams, makeup or treatments that work well. I am a college student, and I do not have all that much money, so I usually do not get real expensive stuff. Thanks!
