I have these stubborn like acne marks since I was like 16 that I just can’t get rid of!

I have some acne on my chest, top of my shoulders and upper back. I dont want to have to buy chemical acne washes to get rid of them. Anyone know a homemade solution or remedy for it?

I first got pubic acne when i started shaving down there. Then I stopped shaving and started using clippers to trim off the top. I tried using A&D ointment but it doesn’t work. They are cystic-like pimples and some are painful when touched. What can i use to cure it? Also I have back acne(chest neck and shoulders) and I don’t know how to cure this either. Help Me!!

I have it on by back, and kind of in the middle, but not too bad. Its mostly whiteheads, blackheads, and big pimples. Ok, so I have acne on my upper back and shoulders…and thats it. Im’ really self conscious because of it. I won’t were a tank top or swimming suit because it will show. I’m going to summer camp on July 30th and I would really like it to be gone by then. I can’t afford Proactive at the moment and several people told me it doesn’t work anyway. I also don’t want to go to a dermatologist. Is there any products that actually work but arn’t extremely expensive. I am also open to home remedies..such as toothpaste or lemon juice. I just started using Oxy acne treatment.
I’ve tried tons of things, but none of them have every actually gotten rid of my acne.

I even used the "magical" Proactive, which didn’t do anything for me.
The best I’ve gotten out of acne treatments is 2 weeks of "Woo hoo! It’s gone", then it comes back full force and doesn’t seem to go away.

So I’m just wondering, how long did it take you guys to get rid of your acne?
And after you got rid of it, did you still have to keep cleaning your face rigorously to keep it from coming back?

ALSO! What would be best for body acne? I hate this acne I have on my shoulders and back… I’m using the sample soaps I got with my Oxy box.
