I recommend that you only eat free range organic meat, unfortunately most of it isn’t free range organic and is mass produced and unhealthy for you. I recommend that you watch the documentary called “Food Inc.” to learn more. You should reduce more meat portions and intake overall and make sure that it’s higher quality and you should be okay…. Otherwise you are eating too much excess protein and this causes your body to become more acidic which causes acne.
