i have tried everything! i used proativ on my back, neutrogena body wash, i have tried exfoliating it, i have tried pronexin. everything. i was it every day and use a cream that heals acne that’s already there. im graduating soon and have an open back dress. please help me! do you have any suggestions or could you tell me how you solved your problem. PLEASE PLEASE.

i was reading an article about rosacea, it says that only people age between 30-60 has a chance to get this kind of skin disease.
Im a 19 year old boy, asian w/ a fair skin before. I was dealing with acne scars, my skin were fair no sign of redness then after i slightly scrub the acne scars both on my 2 cheeks with a nailboard, the scars were minimize but the problem was after the peelnig of the brown skin, i noticed that the redness was still there and was gone for a few days, i was really stressed about those little scars left, so i used exfoliant (liquid) extraderm so it can remove those not so deep scars on my face, i used it 3 times a day after washing my face, and i was happy that the scars were gone but i noticed the part of my face were i scrub the nailboard were red.
My question is, Is this a Rosacea or a Blemish or the color tone of the abradded skin? If i get tan on the sun, will it vanish? my face were very white, my color of my face was quite different on my body.
