i am getting really REALY annoyed with my disgusting pimply skin and was wondering if the pill actually helps acne?
are there any side effects for teen girls using it?

I’ve been on Marvelon-28 for almost 2 months now. I was prescribed it to clear up my acne and to regulate my periods, but I’m almost done my 2nd packet and I haven’t noticed a single improvement in my skin yet! My doctor was convinced this would work.
I’ve read around, and people say it takes “a few months”, but it’s been almost 2 months for me and there has been no improvement. So, for those who take/took the pill to clear up acne, how long before it cleared up your skin?

I have moderate acne, but nothing i try works. Even though it isnt bad, it scars like crazy! I have tried everything! So i am wondering how bad does your acne have to be to take a pill? Even if it is just a pill that isnt as high of a dosage (or whatever)?

Okay so I am past the age of acne in my teens, and I even went on the pill to get rid of it and that did not work. I used to like proactiv, but it stopped working. What can I use? I like natural products.

I had mild acne because of really bad water where I lived. Then I moved, used my regular stuff, and my acne went away.
Then I started taking the pill. This is the second pill I’ve tried. I have the worst acne now I have ever had in my entire life. I am 26.
I am half way through my third pack of pills. Is this not going to change? Should I find another pill or give this one another month or two. It is pretty horrible. I would almost rather just use condoms at this point.
