I’m in my teen years right now, and my acne is getting the better of me. I’ve had it since grade 7. At first I didn’t care. But, now, in high school (grade 11), its really limiting me. I”m more to myself, self-esteem is a rollercoaster ride daily, and I can’t ask the girl I really like out. I know that even though the over the counter drugs and medication work, only for short term, and the acne will rebound after. So, anyone got any tips or suggestions, i’m willing to consider everything, except Accutane, Proactive, or anything in this area. THnx

I see some students with acne, even all over their face. I don’t want to offend them, but I just can’t stand to look at a person with gross acne.
What’s a more polite and safer way to let people know they need to get rid of their acne? In what way would I tell them without having them misinterpret my offer / take my offer as offensive?

my acne scars have gotten very light
and if i keeping doing what im doing im sure they’ll be gone very soon
but i wonder if i really need to wear sunscreen when i go out everytime to prevent them from coming back
i mean it doesnt make much sense because you would think if you get tan than ur whole face will get tan no only ur scars
so how does not wearing sunscreen make them worse?
do i even have to wear it?

My makeup routine would’ve gone like this:
1. Wash face and moistorize
2. apply green concealer to any acne/blemishes
3. apply concealer that is the same color as skin over green concealer
4. set the concealer with powder
5. apply a cream blush
6. mascara
7. lipgloss

I need something functional for my teen sister so something that is safe with little to no side effects would be good.

My face is pretty pale with some rosacea-like redness on my cheeks and nose, and some acne marks on my chin and neck from years of skin problems, which gives me a red and blotchy complexion. I would love any help anyone could give me to give me a natural, smooth, even, and one-toned appearance.
I need to know exactly what make-up products (brands/types) would be best for my specific skin needs (which is prone to acne). I’m new to this, so long specific answers would be amazing for me!
Here’s a pic of me if it makes any difference at all…
