I got 3-4 big acnes after eating chocolate and I tried many Anti-Blemish creams from Clinique, Guerlain, Shiseido but my acnes are still there and they look veeeery ugly. In order to treat very sensitive, irritated, combination skin with acne, what acne treatment system is best to use for my skin, either from experience, or knowledge.. It gets irritated very, very easily. Dermatologists can’t help, I’ve been to three. Don’t say proactiv.

I used Proactive and it did not work for me! My skin was too sensitive for the benzoil peroxide and it made everything red and blotchy. So i guess it just depends on the persons skin.
I find natural remedies to work for me.
Here’s some tips. When washing your face use hot/warm water. And afterward when you rinse use cold water. The hot water will open up your pores so that you can thoroughly remove dirt and oil. Cold water tightens the pores to prevent possible breakouts.
Tea Tree oil is natures cure for acne.
Also glycerin-based soaps work well.
Avoid anything with fragrances that will irritate or dry the skin. When skin is dry it basically tells your sebum glands to produce more oil to balance things out. When excess oil is produce it can intensify your acne probs.
I’ve been suffering from acne for 14 years now. I think that a food or preservative/and or additive may be to blame but can’t seem to identify what exactly is triggering it.
