am 14 and have dark complexion and acne spots on my face i use clean and clear face wash but it is not workin as good as i hope dark skin and acne make me look ugly

This is what stresses me out the most. I have rosacea so that’s the main reason why my skin is red and blotchy, but does anyone have any suggestions to help clear the acne?
The area around my skin is completely scarred and I think that’s my biggest problem because there’s so little you can do that doesn’t cost a fortune.
Ideas anyone?

I have some acne scars, rough looking skin, and skin darkening due to sun damage. Are therapies like blue light therapy or microdermabrasion good, or are there creams I can use to treat these ailments.( I mean good creams, becuase I have 2 useless products at home which aren’t doing anything for me right now.

ok so im 16 and and i have very mild acne but i still have it consistantly and i also have rosacea which wont go away and my skintone is really uneven i wen to a dermatoligist and the medicine didnt do a thing… wut else can i try please help
