I am in my last month of accutane, and am afraid that when its over, my acne will for sure come back.

I took accutane for about 9 or 10 months and it cleared up my face very well. Ive been off of it for about 4 months and I am slowly but surely seeing small pimples coming back all over my nose and upper lip. Before accutane, nothing worked for me. No lotions or creams did anything to the acne. I am wondering what the best thing is to do now after accutane without going back on it again. Thanks!

I read somewhere that such extreme measures as that can kill most of the yeast and bacteria population in the body that causes the skin diseases. You starve not only yourself but the bacteria/fungus which dies when its got nothing to feed on eventually. i will seriously do anything to get rid of my problem after having tried EVERYTHING.
