I’m a teenager and have suffered from acne for I think about 3 years. What products could I use to help get rid of my acne

Hi.. I’ve tried alot of skin care products but they rarely don’t work… But if anybody used any skin care products and they work please tell me or if anyone has use homemade remedies..
