Is there any MEDICATION FOR ACNE that a TEEN can take but WITHOUT SHOPPING PUTTING ON FOUNDATION?
ITs important. help pleaseeeeeee
THE NOT STOPPING USING FOUNDATION IS IMPORTANT.

I had really bad acne for a few years. one thing I learned is that nothing that your put on your face is going to work. I washed my face 3 times a day along with my shower and thing was was that my face wasnt dirty it was just naturally oily. Btw Proactive does NOT work. The medicine i took was called Acutane it worked trust me its pretty powerful i was on it for about 5 months and im completely clear today. Every once in a while a little here and there but they I dont ever break out like i used to at all. I’d say it did it 95% and my skin looks 10 times better.
Proactiv doesn’t really work, plus it smells like my grandma.
The key is to find something with at least 2% salicylic acid, which you can look for in the active ingredients section of the label on the back. Salicylic acid is the ingredient used in most good acne fighting cleansers that actually helps to fight acne. If you’re looking for something cheap, I would suggest using a Neutrogena cleanser because most contain sal. acid. Another good ingredient to look for is glycolic acid, but you won’t find those in drug-store cleansers- you’d have to look at a department store or Sephora.
A good tip is to never forget to put on moisturizer after washing your face (which you should be doing twice a day, no more, no less.) If your face gets too dry, your skin will start to produce more oil in order to fight the dryness, therefore causing more acne. Your moisturizer should be oil free, or made with non-acne causing oils such as almond oil.
you can use the clean and clear advantage kit if it is because of spots left on your face use the spot cleanser and it should clear up in no time trust me i used it
