I’m 14, and i’ve been using Proactive since June 2008, so about 3 months now, and i still have alot of acne. I wear cover up daily and eyeliner and stuff. I usually don’t wear my hair in my face or anything. My acne makes me really self conscious. I need help. Any suggestions?

okay dude well first of all not everyones skin is the same.
my friend had really bad acne and when she used ProActiv
it cleared up in about 3 months, me on the other hand used it
for around the same period of time and saw NOOO results
if regular products such as neutrogena, clean and clear
and such arent working for you id recommend going to a dermo,
i did and now im acne free xD
if you dont wanna go to the dermo then look around for
a good product, most preferably one with benzoyle
peroxide (5%) since that unclogs pores and something
with salicic acid at night that will lessen the appearance
of post acne marks
Acne is a long term skin disorder and it can take a while to keep it under control. Nothing works for everyone but there are simple steps you can take to control your acne. One is to follow a basic skin care routine: use a cleanser specially made for oily skin, follow with a toner (non-alcohol), and a light moisturizer. Do this twice daily. You can find more tips on the website below.
Here are a few tips to get rid of those ugly spots. Avoid fast foods, drink lots of water and exercise regularly. Meats, sugar, tea or coffee, pickles, soft drinks, candies, ice cream, refined and processed foods are all the main cause of acne or pimples. Don’t ever pinch or pick at a pimple it will leave a scar. Wash your face regularly. Wear light oil free make up and be sure to remove it at night. Make sure you wear oil-free make up. Wash your face, do not go to bed with make up on. Try Aveeno soap, its a bar and it worked a miracle for me. Its cheap too! Make sure also that you do not put your hands on your face a lot. I always rest my chin on my hand and no wonder I have break outs on my chin.
i can understand how you feel…i think maybe you should consult a doctor or a dermatologist if you feel it is that bad.
maybe you could try not wearing any cover up when ever you’re not out or around others so it lets your skin breathe.
good luck!! xox
pro active is BS, at least for me it was.
Use nuetrogena products, i use the nuetrogena soap it is working for me.
proactive worked for me funny?
use that new product advertised on tv with the girl from heroes
