I Need Help With Acne On My Back And Chest?

I have acne on my chest and on my back (mostly on my back) I have alot of blackheads and a few pimples. Does anybody know of any product that could help clear this up? Homemade remidies would also be great!

I use Dial Antibacterial soap for my face. You can get the body wash for your body. It has helped me and i have severe acne problems, or i did. I am also on birth control. It takes a few months for the pill to kick in and help with acne but when it does, it really works!
My skin care routine is simple: First i use Dial soap on my face and chest to kill any bad bacteria. Then i use Skin Genesis by Loreal because it has great little micro scrubbing beads that make my skin feel refreshed. Then i just put regular Nivea cream on my face because the soap tends to dry it out. I have also used Dove soap bars in the past which work wonders too. But if it’s a severe problem, use Dial

i know proactiv stuff works…i saw they had some sort of body wash…u should try it…hope i helped…=)
