dont pop pimples, dont scratch ur forehead cuz ull accidentally scratch off a pimple, keep ur hair outta ur face, and whenever u sweat, wash ur face. if u want to get scars away, get that laser stuff or whatever it is. but if u want something that’ll just make it look smoother, get some scar relief gel…

Creams and surface applications might help a bit, but not more. Go to a dermatologist and get a series of chemical peels or laser treatments done. This will effectively get rid of your top layer of skin and expose new one. This can be done only by a dermatologist – skin specialist doctor, who will also advise you on what creams etc to use to prevent more acne and scarring etc.
Eat healthy, have loads of greens and water for a good skin.
Believe in yourself. Feeling good reflects on our appearance. Remember its whats inide that counts. Don’t apologise for yourself.

Go and see a dermatologist, they will be able to help you. A chemical peel would probably help even out you skin more.

First of all, try to use skin clearing agents like Proactiv. I’ve heard that Cetaphil also works well. If you go through these and try them and they don’t work, seek out a dermatologist.
Sure, you’re going to have to pay, but dermatologists definitely know their stuff and it will be a lot cheapter (guaranteed) than getting laser surgery.
Also, on a side note, everyone gets acne. Try not to let it get in the way of your social life. If people notice that you don’t care about your acne, they’ll realize that they shouldn’t really care either. And if your girlfriend broke up with you over something as irrelevant and minute as acne problems, she’s not the one for you, and she’s obviously got some growing up to do. The bottom line is, don’t stress about it. Everyone gets acne, so just try not to let it get to you, and be yourself.
