I Have Horrible Back Acne. Any Suggestions On What Products I Can Use Or Dermatologists I Should See?

The back acne is on my back, chest and arms! It’s so embarrassing! I don’t even wear a 2 peice swim suit anymore.

If I were you, I’d go to a dermatologist and get your hormone levels checked. When testosterone levels are even just slightly higher then normal in women, they can get really bad acne on their face, neck, shoulders, chest and back and then I’d ask about Diane 35. It’s a birth control pill that has an anti-androgen in it and it works wonders on getting rid of acne all over! I use to take this but the price of it went up here so I can’t go back onto to it until I can get more money.

first thing a doctor will ask is do you drink pop? pop is sometimes the cause of acne. Try rubbing witch hazel on your back and reduce your caffeine
