After you’ve tried all of the homeopathic remedies, you’ll probably need to go to your dermatologist for help, as back acne tends to be pretty resistant to over the counter remedies.
it is recommended that a Salicylic Acid soap be used. It contains beta hydroxy, which is used not only for the inflammationof acne, but is also effective at removing dead skin cells. Products like Clearisil and Pro Active have benzoyl peroxide in them. Benzoyl peroxide works by increasing the amount of oxygen in the pores. Acne cannot survive when there is an abundance of oxygen in the pores they are attempting to attack. If the form of body acne is severe, a prescription will be needed for treatment by a dermatologist. Some of the more common prescriptions are for antibiotics, Retin-A and Accutane.
My friend had awful back acne, and he eventually went to the doctor who prescribed him oral medication which he takes everyday for a month. Not sure of the name, but his back is almost clear now. I would advise going to the doctor to really get rid of it.
Wet your back with hot water and have someone rub it down with white vinegar, it stings like hell but it solves it pretty well. O and be careful when you pop them later cause they will smell like vinegar, and like any acne treatment it will more then likely get a little worse at first then it will be a lot better. Good Luck!
Try one of those brushes on a stick
some acne body wash (Nutregena makes it)
and scrub daily.
Drink more water. Vitamins a e and c and zinc.
Change your sheets regularly!
