Drink plenty of water. Staying well hydrated can help your condition improve, because the “waste management” control system in your body requires a lot of water to do its job. Without enough water, the body has difficulty removing some waste products efficiently.
Look for face washes which contain the active ingredient benzoyl peroxide. This is the key ingredient in some of the best face washes. Use a 5-10% benzoyl peroxide of mild to moderate acne and 10% for severe.
Try smashing one tablet of aspirin in a small bowl, then adding lemon juice to the mixture. Aspirin is acetesalicylic acid, chemically related to salicylic acid. Apply to the affected areas overnight. It boosts the healing process while reducing redness.
Try putting toothpaste (paste, NOT gel) on your face, cover it with a bandage, and keep it on all night. When you wash it off in the morning your acne will look better. The astringent and surfactant nature of the toothpaste will help diminish the appearance of pimples. But the toothpaste has been known to burn sensitive skin of the face, so be careful. If your face does burn, stop acne treatments and work on healing your burn.
Good Luck…
First off don’t pop it. For the method I use to not only get rid of acne, but prevent it entirely, you will need the following: soap (I really hope you have this), deep cleansing, oil free acne preventing cream (it will say it on there, I use Clearisil), acne remover, and toothpaste. Also you must take this shower at night for the full effect.
1) Go in the shower and apply soap to the area with acne. This helps unclog the poors a little bit which will help everything else get into them and helps make the pimples smaller.
2) Once that is done, use the acne preventer, rub down until the applied area almost feels cold. That’s when the poors have been cleansed and are open fairly wide.
3) Exit the shower (the sooner after the acne preventer the better) and apply the acne remover.
4) Apply toothpaste to each pimple and go to sleep with it on there, this will either remove, or at the very least, shrink them
well rubbing alcohol will help dry out infected areas, dont use anything with tea extract because it promotes slow healing. use something that exfoliates, like even a hand towel with strong soap will help some. and something you can buy is anything from clearisil. their line seemed to work the best for me, when i used store bought products. i now use proactive and it works wonderfully.
hope this helps.
good luck with that sweetheart thing youre running for!

Cut back on the amount of oils you eat, like chips and such, up on your fruits and veggies and eat healthy.
I had same problem at your age and it only got worse, I was put on Tricyclen Low birth control a cream and another pill to FINALLY get rid of it.
Good luck!
Apply tea tree oil to the area several times each day. Some research indicates that tea tree oil is just as effective as benzoyl peroxide, the number one over-the-counter acne treatment.
Anything with salicylic acid (preferably a scrub) works great. Tea tree oil is also good to use after cleanser. St. Ive’s Apricot Scrub is amazing and it’s very inexpensive. You can find it at any drug/grocery store.
hydrogen peroxide, and alcohol swabs.
hydrogen peroxide dabbed on with a cotton balls…….dries them right up!!
good luck hope you win !
dish soap helps a lot. =] and toothpaste
