I exfoliate once a day. I use creams, lotions, etc. Nothing seems to work. My pores are too big, and I have tons of whiteheads/blackheads. My skin is especially oily in the forehead, and moreso around the nose. PLease help, I’m sick of being a teen-ager in my 30′s.

Nothing really… I have similar problem.
The best you can do beside keeping your face clean is to live healthily (do sports, be hygienic everywhere, eat healthy products – much water, fruits and vegetables, little junk food). Sunbathing doesn’t make your acne go away, but they’ll be less visible if you’re not pale-white.
Whats that stuff P-diddy is promoting on Tv??
I dont think you can take care of it without a profesional dermatologist.I had a condition called Foliculitus. It is a infection that spreads under the skin from one hair root to the next.It took a couple tears to get it under control.I know how it feels to have awfull wounds on your face.It scars more than just your skin.Spend the money on a speacialist.Pay the price for the medications.Your face is not the place to take risks with some of the crap they are trying to sell
Try low dose birth control. Your hormones are out of whack. Unless you had acne before puberty.
have you tried using PRO-ACTIVE ?
…stop eating foods rich in fats and don’t stay up late at night.
be careful also on what you use on your face.. dont aply to much exfoliant on your skin. the best is mild soap and water. drink plenty of water too…
You might be using to much stuff and that could be clogging your pours. You need something that shrinks the pours down and less space for dirt. I have the teen problem to and I am almost 33. I just tryed beautifulskin.com and they have a 4 peaice set that works good but the best part of the set is the extensive repair clean, it is a very light cream you use in the morning and before bed and it shrinks the pours and helps with scaring. So far it has worked pretty goos I have been using it for 3 month now and I am happy with it.
You can use skin lightening gel or cream or else get dermabrasion done to remove acne marks.
There are many cheap and effective home remedies for acne. Tomato slices, turmeric, papaya juices and home made face packs will treat existing pimples and prevent further problems. More remedies at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/acne.html
If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.
Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:http://www.acne-treatment-medicine-1.inf…http://www.medical-research-study-direct…http://www.lasik-surgery-san-diego.info/http://www.san-diego-dentist.ushttp://www.san-diego-plastic-surgery-cos…
the best and the final treatment for Acne is Roaccutane (R)capsules . this medicine should be prescribed by a dermatologist who knows the right dose for you depending on your weight and age.

you are going to think this is sick but it does work. every morning when you wake up, massage your saliva into the affected areas then wash after 45 minutes. our saliva contains and antiseptic compound.
there is a vitamin complex that will solve the problem with long term satisfaction…email me for details, allow your setting to have me reply back.
stop eating peanutbutter or anything with peanuts in it. eat a healthy vegetarian diet.
This I believe is the Best Answer.
First of all, go to a Dermatologist! They are the Experts!
They prescribed me Tetracycline; it did the trick in combo with Ultra Sunlamp minimal Treatments!!!
Good luck! Vote me in!!!

Welcome to the endless teen skin syndrome. I’ve got some years on you, and swear that I will still be using Acne Statin when I am 80 years old.
The upside is that it keeps your skin moisturized & younger far longer than women with dry skin,
2 litres water daily, 5 servings fresh produce, good protein, exercise for circulation & getting rid of toxins.
There is really no way around a healthy diet, adequate rest, and general good care of yourself.
The skin mirrors the care or neglect we give to these areas of self care.
The effort is worth it, the water & dietary things will begin to show within 3 days & you will be amazed.
