I Dont Know If I Have Rosacea Or Acne?

Im 13 and I have pimples but not alot and a few bumps but i have no clue if it is acne or not because wherever i go i get embarrassed cause i could feel my face burning, but I have tried EVERYTHING like proactiv, dermatologist, and a bunch of creams but it doesn’t seem to go away. Please help
