@MadLikeMax1 No, that’s a myth! Toothpast might dry out your pimples, but it does not help them to cure! And it’s actually not good for your skin, so better go to the drug store or farmacy… No toothpaste – I’ve tried it, and I could literally feel that it was bad for my skin!
Better go to a cosmetician to have your pimples popped. If you do it by yourself, you get scars as you might already know.

This isn’t a way to treat scarring… But it explains the proper way to do extractions. The reason people are told not to pop their own pimples is because they do NOT know how to do it properly.
I am a lisenced esthetician, I know how to treat skin. This is how you do it, for the most part.

You can actually pop them, but not forcefully as some bacteria may go back and make it worse. So this method is win or loose. I prefer not to touch it and just try to put some topical creams and it helps.

well this is meant for pimples that are on the verge of breaking out. actually it really doesn’t leave a lot of scars this way. or at least the scars are not as severe. and it gets rid of the pimple faster as well. this is actually how they do it in spas. to be honest i have had many pimples that left deep scars even though i didn’t pop them. so i guess everyone’s skin is different.

You don’t get scars from small whiteheads. They come from cystic acne.
The thing that sucks about cysts is, they will scar your skin even if you don’t pierce them.
I know, because I have plenty of pits and discolouration on my face and I never messed around with any of my cysts.
