How to stop acne and blackheads on my chest and back before graduation day?

I just need to get rid of the acne within a month and a half, cuz my dress shows my chest and back. Pleasee help!

Drink lots of water and try not to stress too much about it as stress if known to make acne worse. Also acne goes away pretty fast when you know how to get rid of body toxins. You can buy acne body wash, take a shower daily, but don’t wash your hair daily, if you already don’t. Drink water.
Exfoliate 1-2 times a week, and go tanning it really helps with the acne because it drys your skin, its not good for you but its a quick fix.
Um Well the best you can do is eat super healthy, drink loads of water…
This is also important: You must wash it morning and night with a exfoliating wash, then toner then moisturiser…
Preferably Proactive…
Also on the night of Graduation youse a body bronser to hide any leftover inperfevtions…

This can be a common problem but there’s a solution: Get a pair of loofah or exfoliating gloves from the drug store and use them to gently scrub your chest and back with a mild soap formulated for acne or problem skin like spectro-gel. There are others on the market but that’s an example. Don’t put moisturizer on those areas. You can also find acne lotions/medications that will speed the healing of acne, if applied after you wash. Synthetic fabrics clog pores and promote sweating so try to wear cotton against your skin. If you shower or bathe before bed and apply medicated lotion it will also promote faster healing. The scrub is key and should be the first step. It will deeply clean your pores, preventing clogging and help the acne lotion penetrate the skin. There are great products available at your local pharmacy.

Acne products don’t work and they sometimes clog your pores! Try dabbing on fresh lemon juice or apple cider vinegar several times per day with a clean cloth or cotton ball. well for one, you should stop touching/scratching/moisturizing of any kind (that just get more bacteria in your pores. get some Neutragena acne spot creme and put it on your acne spots. i suggest the Rapid Clear gel (it’s in an orange container). that stuff works really quick if you leave your hands off your acne. if you have a serious acne problem its going to be tough to get rid of it that quickly. usually prescibed medecine takes a long time to kick in so don’t get that.
I’ve been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it’s at.
I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.
