For back acne, Proactiv has products like medicated body wash that works for acne. You may be able to find brands that are in stores as well. Try to find something with benzoyl peroxide to get rid of the acne. Also, just like your face, you should moisturize with lotion or a moisturizer so that it doesn’t get too dry and get worse. -RM
for dark scars apply lemon juice leave on for 15 minutes then wash off do this daily or 3 times a week, aloe gel is also another good natural and cheap way to fade scars any kind of scars,apply the aloe gel right before you go to bed and wash this off in the morning
