Really, there is no proper way to get rid of acne.If you have it constanly or very bad talk to your doctor and they will help.Try different products also if you can, like I use some types of clean and clean moisturizer, then I take a little proactiv refining mask (it may stink a little but that is the minerals working) and rub a circle of it on my cheeks,or where ever you have acne.I sleep with it on,then in the morning wash it off in the shower with moisturizer. If you want better results than you see try doing the same thing for about a week, and see what happens. If none of that works try going to clean and clear.com and find your type of skin tone, and a product will pop up that could help. That is all I can think of to help
Wash your face often, drink A LOT OF WATER. it really does keep acne away.
Well, first off – there are two possible reasons you are having an acne problem:
1) You either are not washing your face properly OR often enough…
OR
2) You are eating too much fatty, greasy foods that cause you to break out.
I don’t know which case you are personally in, but take time to reflect on what could be causing you to do so… Once you’ve figured that out, manage a plan to resolve the problem. Buy a Clearasil acne control product, or whatever acne controlling medication your skin type works for. Try to stay away from oily makeups and wash your face thoroughly, but remember to moisturize with a proper cream (one that won’t cause you to break out or have dry skin). A sales associate can help you with this, or its trial and error yourself.
Hope this helps, and don’t worry – acne is not just a problem for you! You’re not alone
