I suffer from acne, too. I truly appreciate that you have made this video and began with your natural, bare face. The tutorial was awesome–what a great lesson.
This refers to your previous video more, but I also wanted to say that often I wake up, look in the mirror, and feel ugly. I get depressed even at times. What makes me feel good is knowing that I am not the only one dealing with acne–I think people with acne forget that.
You are brave. You are beautiful. You are an inspiration.
<3
You still look cute without makeup and gorgeous with makeup so juz dun care about the haters they just hate everyone u kno
keep it up we all love u ~
I have to say thank you for such honesty and being able to open up as you did. Not many can do that and for you to is just rad. I suffer from acne and I know how hard it can be. This video has been a big help and I will be using it as a reference for myself!
Welcome back, really enjoyed your video! Wow you’re working at Inglot now that’s very cool love there make up, for some reason I thought you worked for Napolean, anyway keep those vids coming!
I just did my June faves!
x
Well done for doing vids and showing your skin as it is.
Hey hunni! If I were to judge from the “before” part of the video, I ‘d say that with the medication you ‘re gonna clear up perfectly, I ‘ve seen way way worse acne than yours (mine included)!
Btw, my dermatologist had me almost completely swear off chocolate, pasta, lots of fried food and fresh oranges while on roaccutane, dunno if there’s any actual evidence that all of this helps (well, k, apart from the obvious fact that greasy food won’t help), but I think it worked for me…! Good luck!
@bsalazar08 Yellow covers blue, green covers red. A skin-coloured concealer works on anything.
Your braveness is outstanding, you’re gorgeous inside and out. You’re also very good at tutorials.
you really use lots of products, but the final outlook is so gorgeous!
you are so brave to make this video. Love you =)
Nice job, thank you so much for being brave and doing this! HUGS!!!!!!
Wow Amy
Thank you for being so brave! Your are one truly beautiful person inside and out!
This was such a helpful video Amy! Even though there are many products used, you use each one correctly and sparingly, and I think the final result is incredible
What a difference! This has certainly given me more confidence at concealing my blemishes. I hope you realise how many people you’ve helped by doing this video, and being brave enough to show a bare face…a difficult thing for many people! Awesome work
one of the most gorgeous people inside and out. Havn’t seen such a genuine , open, honest beauty guru on here before!!!
:-) thanks for this video very helpful, i also suffer acne.
You are so strong.
I suffer fro acne too and have been on roaccutane.
Right now im using Retin-A to get rid of scarring, but i do really want to have makeup that will cover up just for this party that i am going to next week
So thank you for this.
U look beautiful !
)
great done !
you are beautiful!!!!!
thank you for giving me courage and the knowledge that nobody cares if you have acne if you have a beautiful personality shining through!
amazing!
Hey, great video, (I think I actually already commented here!) I watch this sometimes because it’s just so cool!
I have a quick question i’m hoping you can help me with; do you have any tips for blackhead removal on the nose? They make my skin so bumpy and it’s hard to get a smooth foundation finish. You don’t seem to have any blackheads, but I thought it was worth a shot!
Can’t wait to see more videos from you.
your such a inspiration!
you helped me out so much!!
thank youu!
i wear a lot of makeup also, for the same reason. however, the climate where i live is normaly quite warm. do you have any tips so the makeup doesn’t ‘melt’? a least not as quickly?
@Somantha21 primer really makes a big difference for me, as I find it effectively acts like a barrier between the skin and the make up so the make up is less likely to sink into the skin. My skin gets pretty oil so I always take oil blotting sheets with me and blot during the day and then lightly powder for more staying power – hope this helps
@amysass7 it does, thank u. my primer is terrible, do u have any sugestion for primer for oily skin?
@Somantha21 any primer that is silicone based is a good way to go with oily skin types, infacts it works for practically any skin type but more so oily – as it still lets your skin breathe and our one at my work *Inglot*, our under make up base * aka primer* is also a mattifying agent which is pretty darn cool if you ask me hehe. It’s $33 dollars AU and depending on how often you wear make up will last you 6 months to a year – definitely an investment.
@amysass7 sound good! thank u very much!
Wow, the result is amazing! I am wearing loads of make up everyday, just for the same reason. But my problem actually is that it does not really last very long. After a few hours I just look horrible. I don’t know how to describe it, it just seems like the make up is kind of greasy and oily. What do you do that your make up lasts the whole day even if the weather is hot and you sweat?
