The best way to deal with these widespread lesions is a course of appropriate antibiotics for acne from your GP. Lymecycline or minocycline are good choices, but they may need to be taken for many months.
They actually make body-wash that is targeted toward acne. Find a wash that contains salicylic acid. Refrain from wearing dirty clothes, shirts, bras, etc because the bacteria will make you break out. I would shower twice a day, just wash your body even if you don’t have to wash your hair (especially if you work out or are feeling extra sweaty) Consider getting on a birth control pill, it can clear up acne (face, chest, and back) tremendously. Planned Parenthood offers the pill for $20 a month
Aliceee, there are a couple ways that I’ve found to be very good in order to get rid of acne and it’s scarring. First you can try attacking the problem from the inside out. Instead of trying to use many different topical medicines try using Fish Oil which promotes healthy skin. Acne, after-all, is an outward manifestation of an internal problem. After taking 3 Fish Oil after every meal, my acne cleared in 2 days. Taking Vitamin E and rubbing it on your skin will cure any scarring you may have.
Hope this helps!
Try lavender oil. Apply this oil on the back acne everyday for minimum 15 days or else apply fresh Aloe vera juice or the gel and wash after a few hours. When washing your back use a loofah, sponge or exfoliant to help remove any dead skin cells that may clog up pores. Use a gentle action and don’t be too harsh otherwise you will end up breaking the skin. You should probably change your shirt twice a day to avoid bacteria buildup. don’t spend a lot of money on products, most of which don’t work. keep your back very clean. drink plenty of water (that really does help), and talk to your doctor about it. that is the person you should listen to, and the person who can give you the best advice.
I had spots covering my back like a rash, the doctor prescribed me retina-A gel and it totally cleared them up, you’d never know I had any.
