Also, i realized that when i would take showers and use conditioner and let it sink into my hair, i would let my hair sit on my shoulders and back..and the conditioner rubbed off onto my skin and and made it oily and created acne.
Ever since then, i put my hair up to let my conditionerner sink in.. i havent had a problem since then!
i had this problem really bad as a teenager. the only this i got to help it was soaking my body in epsom salt. you can buy this at wal-mart. you just sprinkle it in your bath water like bubble bath and soak for 30 min. more if ya want. it wont hurt. also, sun helps acne. i advise not getting burnt, and use light sunscreen, but yes, its proven that some sun will help clear acne up. hope this helps. i have not had back ance since.
