Candida also known as Candida Albicans or Candidiasis is apparently present in over 80% of the population and acne is one of the symptoms experienced from this.
You ask how much to take. I know that acne sufferers do massage the affected areas several times a day with garlic and also a lot take 3 seeds of garlic once on a daily basis for a month.
I would suggest that you take once daily for 2 weeks, and see how the treatment is progressing and continue if satisfactory for another 2 weeks.
As always please stop if you are experiencing any unusual symptoms. Good luck.
