How Do I Treat Acne On My Back?

I have an acne problem on my back, and its very annoying.
It leaves blotchy scars and looks terrible.
I just wanted to know if there are any acne treatments for my back besides lotions and washes and laser treatments.
DO NOT suggest proactive solution, I have heard it makes it worse if you stop using it.
I have heard of the Tanda light therapy home kit for acne, does anyone know if that actually works?

Well, it works depending on your skin type. Try not to risk it. The wave really works. It worked on my cousin. Try to get a friend/family member that you don’t care that sees your acne that will do it for you on your back. Hope i helped

Drink about a table spoon of red or apple cider vinager evrey 2 days.
