How Do I Improve My Skin?

I’ve had acne really bad during my teen years (cystic acne) and now my face is kind of rough looking…its hard to explain. I just want to know if there is any way to improve the surface, make it smoother some how. What kind of regime is there? What products? That kind of stuff. Thanks.

Eat fruits and veggies, drink at least 8-10 glasses of water everyday. There are good facial peel products available in supermarkets/drugstores, just read what’s written on its container before buying, you wouldn’t want anything with harsh chemicals. But the ones with ‘fruit’ ingredients. Remember, if you can’t read it, don’t buy it. Also, there are exfoliating products that are mild enough for everyday use e.g aveeno.
Lastly, never go to bed with unwashed face. Always apply moisturizer after washing.
Buy some Bio-oil, it helps improve the appearance of scars, stretch marks, uneven skin tone, ageing skin and dehydrated skin. It can be applied to the body and face, its non-greasy, rapidly absorbed, suitable for all skin types has no preservatives and has vitamins A&E. It must be appllied twice daily for a minimum of 3 months, and its only down fall is that it costs a bomb, the 60ml one is £6.66, then 125ml one is £11.33 and the 200ml one is £15.49, kinda expensive, but its well worth the money, I have a bottle and its awesomeness lol. Hope I hepled.

well i had acne before and i used this prescribed medication called “rouaccutane”..it not only removed the pimples but also removed all the scars and my face is clear now..so i think if u can..go to a drematologist and ask them about that medication..they will know what to give u exactly and hopefully in a period of no more than 6 months it will dissapear!!…
i know who u feel, i ve been through it, but trust me non of these skin products in the shops and adds will help, ive tried nearly al of them, so yeh the best advice i can give u is go to a dermatologist.

microdermabrasion (crystal clear – there is other brands this is one of the best ) is a really good at resurfacing the skin u would generally need a course of 10 treatments 7-10 days appart then one a month as a maintaince.

particular is a good reference point. This web site is a good resource for the best in
skin care.
You can try micro-dermabrasion or skin peels, or special laser treatments that help smooth the skin, all of this is painless, but may be a little expensive depending on where you go.
Sunburn! Serious, when I was 18 I was sick of having spots so I went to a sunny island and just lay in the sun all day. Got burnt but I never had spots again, ever
