How Do I Get Rid Of Painful Back Acne?

I asked my doc, but he just told me to use over the counter body wash. I was also wondering if it may be due to my pregnancy and delivery…hormones maybe? Any suggestions?

The only thing that ever cleaned up my back acne was when I went to Cancun. The combination of the ocean salt water and sun cleared up my skin within two days amazingly. Also watch out what conditioners you are using that could be clogging your pores.
shower 3 or 4 times a day. it doesn’t clear it completely, but for me it made it a little better. good luck.

soak yourself in a hot water bath for a long time
