How do I eliminate or fade out old acne scars?
Please help this is serious. It is affecting my self-esteem.
I have these a lot of these red blemishes from picking habits in middle school. I still have acne problems. These scars are very red in the inside and it looks like a nasty cut that is still bleeding. The problem is that they have been there for a long time (possibly over a year or two). Is there any inexpensive way that I can cause them to fade out or decrease in visibility? I’m almost fifteen.

Drink lots and lots of water. It isn’t going to reverse the damage that has been done to the skin entirely, but the more water you drink, the more hydrated your skin will be, and the faster it will heal. It may also help reduce the severity of your continuing acne.
Another good option to try is Vitamin E, applied directly to the skin. I burnt myself on the chin quite harshly, and it left a scar. I applied vitamin E to the area every chance I was alone an able to just let it sit on my skin, and now, you wouldn’t be able to tell I had a scar there in the first place.
