How can you get rid of forehead acne without using any cleansers?

I’ve had bad acne for about 3 years and none of the cleansers seem to work. PLEASE HELP!

Try to keep your hair away from your forehead, at least when you are at home. It helps keep your hair oils off your skin.
A perfect solution my dermatologist recommended to me was to use Ivory Soap Bar. Ivory Soap is the only soap that doesn’t contain fat or oils. Fat is a nutural ingredient in all other soap bars. The fat from the soap on your faces turns to oil which is the problem with acne in the first place. Give it some time it will work!

Based on my experience, the best method to get rid of acne is stop from using any kinds of acne drugs because some of it may cause the acne to become worse.
Instead you must wash your face regularly using the ordinary soap you used when you take bath. Well, it may look weird but believe it or not, it works for me and now I feel some dramatics change at my face. The acne seems almost gone and my face look nicer than before.

actually try using rubbing alcohol… it dries out your skin. its always worked for me. just rub some on your forhead with a cottonball or tissue and let it dry then go to sleep. try that every day for a week.. hope this helps!
I just recently ordered Proactiv and have been very happy with it. I’m a middle-age woman who had more acne recently than I ever did when I was a teenager.
