I know something i want you to try, it’s called GRAPE SEED EXTRACT CAPSULES, i started using this for my heart, but started to notice that when i got a cut or something it healed twice as fast, also you can open the capsule and apply directly to area, because its in powder form. It’s a natural food, so it will not hurt you, unless your allergic to grapes. Would really like to know the results, try for couple of weeks and then write question about grape seed and i’ll know if it worked. Good luck
Actually, the oil you’re spreading over your skin cancels out the effects of the vitamin E. You’re better off using something actually intended for acne.
I wouldn’t recommend using capsils meant as a dietary supplement. They contains oils that could possibly make it even worse. Though Vitamin E may help acne, Salicylic Acid would work much better.
You are better off to get a product made specifically for acne. Many contain Salicylic Acid, the higher the content, the stronger it is, but also more drying.
Be sure to moisurize well. Contrary to belief, facial moisurizer, if it is a good one, does not make you break out. Having a dry face can actually cause acne, because then the face overproduces oils, so try to mantain a good balance.
